From concept to production, every detail matters. With advanced Moldflow simulations, we transform your CAD model into a powerful decision-making tool—optimizing gate placement, cooling design, and process parameters to ensure your parts are precise, reliable, and cost-efficient.
Using your CAD model (*.step), we carry out a professional Moldflow simulation to identify the optimal gate location and ensure efficient filling of your part. Depending on your needs, we can either import the complete tool design or work with proposed tool dimensions and a basic cooling channel layout. Material selection is always based on your specific requirements. We then define the initial process parameters, run iterative simulations, and deliver optimized settings.

If you are considering multiple design variants (supporting walls, additional ribs, or geometry changes), we can validate each option after parameter optimization and evaluate shrinkage stability to help you select the best solution.

Our analysis provides clear and detailed results, including: #pressure curve #clamping force curve #air entrapment #weld lines #sink marks #melt volume #fiber orientation #unfilled volume #optimized holding pressure #optimized cooling time #shrinkage & warpage.

To further strengthen decision-making, we perform a DoE (Design of Experiments) analysis with the most influential parameters—whether your priority is minimizing deviations from the model (flatness, dimensional accuracy, roundnes) or achieving process optimization (shorter cycle time, lower injection pressure, etc.).

Throughout the process, we keep you informed with interim reports, ensuring transparency and giving you the opportunity to address new questions or challenges as they arise.
