Using your 3D model (*.step), we perform a mold flow simulation with your proposed gate location. The software suggests tool dimensions, while we design a basic layout of the cooling channels. Material selection is carried out according to customer requirements. We define the initial process parameters, run iterative simulations, and determine optimized settings.
